This project involves the intelligent upgrade and transformation of over 1,000 Maanshan Power Plant lighting facilities. It uses an intelligent lighting control system based on Zigbee technology. The solution’s core uses Shunzhou’s intelligent single lamp controller, intelligent gateway, and intelligent lighting management platform. This allows for centralized, intelligent control of over 1,000 lamps and lanterns in the factory area.

Relying on the Shunzhou AIOT platform-Rulr, the project realizes remote switching, dimming, and condition monitoring of the lamps and lanterns. This improves lighting management efficiency and the energy-saving effect and sets a model for intelligent industrial lighting. Shunzhou’s intelligent Internet of Things helps enterprises transition to smart factories, reducing operation and maintenance costs while improving safety and environmental protection.
